Class Information

Do you enjoy playing board games? Have you ever thought about making your own? Join us this summer to learn new games, play them, and understand the inner-workings behind the challenge and excitement. During the second half of the day, let your creativity run wild; we’ll be constructing our own themes, choosing mechanics, and building our games from the ground up. As the week moves on we will playtest our games with one other and get advice from professionals in the game design industry. You will leave with a polished product, a game that’s been imagined and brought to life with your own hands.

NOTE: All students should bring a bag lunch each day. SPA is a nut-safe campus so do not bring lunches that include nuts.

Teacher: Vito Sauro is creative, positive and engaging in his daily work with Middle School students at SPA.
